Dear Ervad Hathiram Saheb,
I am unable to find a Q&A section on Frashogard and so am taking the liberty to post my question here, hoping that you will be able to read it.
I would like to know more about the “Aar-ya-mai-ishyo” prayer (kardo) which I have been told is very efficacious in many ways.
Particularly, I would like to know the complete text of the prayer, the correct way to pray it (I am told that the Sarosh -ni -kshunman has to be prayed before this kardo – so please include that) and the various ways (situations or difficulties) in which this prayer is efficacious. Any other guiding information would be useful and indeed welcome.Thank you so much in advance

Ervard Hathiram Sahebji,
I want to get a Faresta ceremony conducted for my mother who departed 6 months ago. I have been told that there will be an offering of 33 eggs and bananas to the 33 Yazads. I and my mother being vegetarians do not consume eggs (aware of the subsequent violence the chicken will have to face).
I have been told that you can substitute eggs with ravo and malido.
I am in a predicament because on one side I know my mother won’t like the use of eggs (I know they are meant for yazads). On the other hand I do not want any mistake committed in the ceremony.
Will you please advice if the ceremony can be done with the substitutes ravo & malido or is there a special reason for the use of eggs.
