Dear n.k.g.

You are right in your astute observation. the Abed Sahebs have no use for gold at all. In fact their economy is based on barter - they take out the excess wool which is produced and exchange it for iron ore etc. which is not readily available in Demavand. You will see that even though they have the power to alchemise base metals to gold, still they do not misuse this power for their own benefit.

As I have mentioned, the trove of gold is being maintained in Demavand for the specific use of the coming saviour. We have no idea how HE will use it, although one thing is sure - it will never be against the rules of Nature.

Re Behramshah being given the Aksir, as I have mentioned, the prosperity in one life is a result of the past deeds. The canceling of due obligations in the prime step to move forward. Due to the greatest blessings of the Sraoshavarez Saheb, Behramshah could fulfill his obligations towards other souls, and other souls with him, without any breaking of laws, but with the added wisdom of the Sraoshavarez helping them out. As we have seen, the obligation due from the soul of Lincoln was so large that it would have been physically impossible to fulfill it. However, with the innate wisdom of the Sraoshavarez, it became possible to "kill two birds with one stone".

Best regards,
Ervad Marzban J. Hathiram

Dear Ervad Saheb,

my intention in asking the following question is to only appreciate what lies beyond the limitations of human understanding, which slowly grows into faith. Though sometimes, there occur certain clashes between these and the human perspective on understanding reality and thus it is only in settling this imbalance, that I favour a clarification relating to the above article.
In the given description of Firdaus and the life of the Spiritual Masters residing there, I've come to see the beauty and blessings of the 'real' ways of the spirit. I've come to realize that all the worldy ways which are the causes of evil, (one example being, the careless use of the gifts of Nature without giving back or sustaining the same) is absent in this holy region. The only interruption being, the mention of 'treasures' especially the gold and the art of alchemising base metals into this valuable resource. My only clarification being, as it is mentioned in "Part 7" : "Our beloved Master explained that at the time of the advent of the Promised One – Shah Behram Varzavand into the visible world, a large part of his mission to resurrect the Zarathushtrian faith and re-establish Iran as the centre of the global civilization will call for the use of real gold. The small community of Abeds who reside within this secret Talesam, are the custodians of its gold and gold making Aksir"
This means that gold or any other 'value-based' item, is only for its use in the outside, material world and not really for the region of Fridaus? Hence, even Ustad Saheb was offered a share of this gold for the reason of a life in the material world. While I would like to understand that one of the main causes of evil in our world, being the value and price we attach on commodities and the effectiveness of money to survive, may not necessarily be appropriate for a place like Firdaus, despite the fact that these souls are the highest pillars of purity and morality.
