Before assuming the post of High Commissioner of India to the UK, Late Dr.L M Singhvi(father of Abhishek Manu Singhvi)came to Udvada and paid his respect to the Padshah Saheb(i.e. Shreeji Paak Iranshah AtashBehram Saheb). He stood outside on the street and paid his respects and left.
The Royal Gaekwad family also use to send sandalwood as an offering to the Paak AtashBehram Saheb of Navsari.

I have often seen the local fisherfolk of Nargol bowing at the gate of the Agiary on their way from and to home.

I have also heard that once a group of them had cast off from the beach at night to catch fish and got caught in a violent storm. When all seemed lost, in desperation to save their lives they started chanting Parsi taro thabario! Parsi taro thabario! (Yathahuvario?). After some time the storm blew over and somehow they were rescued. On reaching Nargol they offered sandalwood to the Padshah Saheb for saving their lives. Some of them still do when a sick loved one recovers or a wish comes true.
