Yes, it is true that miracles do happen if you have faith and believe that Ahura Mazda will guide us on the right path.

I am looking forward to reading the third part of your article on Zarathushtra in the Jame Jamshed.

There is another incident that I would like to share with you. On March 12,1993 when 12 powerful bombs were exploded in Bombay to kill over 250 and maim another 1000 innocent souls, there was a 13th bomb also. It was placed in a scooter and kept in an extremely busy road which led to an important railway station.

In the confusion after the bomb blasts the residents of the locality overlooked the scooter, but after two days they became suspicious of it specially when they saw a plastic bag kept near the brake pedal. They immediately called the police who called in the bomb squad. They after a suspenseful few hours removed the bomb after noticing that surprisingly the circuit had broken and the bomb had been rendered harmless on its own. The residents were later told that had the bomb exploded the whole area would have been devastated like Dalal Street, Passport Office and other spots. The police also told that such a defusing was so rare as to be called a miracle. All heaved a sigh of relief.

That scooter had been parked in Dastur Wadi outside the Narielwala Agiary. To this day the old time residents and shopkeepers believe that the Agni (as they rightly call it by their terms) by its power had ensured that the bomb would not explode and had saved their lives It will be appreciated that Dasturwadi is one of the most congested spots in the city at all times, with Dadar Station so close by. One can well imagine the carnage that would have ensued had that bomb detonated.

dasturji MEHERWANJI DORABJI DASTUR OF DORAB VILLA OPP. SHREEJI UDWADA SAHEB HAD NARRATED A STORY OF HOW DACOITS LOST THEMSELVES IN A MIST WHEN THEY APPROACHED SHRIJI UDWADA SAHEB AND COULD NOT FIND A WAY OUT TILL THEY CHANGED THEIR INTENTIONS. THEY THEMSELVES SAID THEY COULD NOT SEE THE TEMPLE AND WERE LOST.

yes it is very very true at the last minute when u feel all doors are closed u get some divine help this happens when u totally surrender yourself to the Padsha saheb hundreds of parsis visit udvada on every behram roj becasue of the faith and divine help and blessings the Pak Iranshah bestows on them i am also facing a problem and have left everything to Pak Iranshah who i am sure will come with some help at the last minute pl keep us updated of such instances i have also heard a few stories and will narrate the same

Before assuming the post of High Commissioner of India to the UK, Late Dr.L M Singhvi(father of Abhishek Manu Singhvi)came to Udvada and paid his respect to the Padshah Saheb(i.e. Shreeji Paak Iranshah AtashBehram Saheb).He stood outside on the street and paid his respects and left.
The Royal Gaekwad family also use to send sandalwood as an offering to the Paak AtashBehram Saheb of Navsari.
